Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in Egypt. No minimum spend, no thresholds, no add-to-cart nudges. Every order ships free.
Orders arrive within 4–8 business days across all Egyptian governorates. Delivery times vary slightly by region — Cairo and Giza tend to land closer to 4 days, more remote areas closer to 8.
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. During drop launches, processing may extend to 3 business days — we'll flag this at checkout if it applies.
A tracking link is sent by email and SMS the moment your order leaves the studio. If nothing arrives within 24 hours of dispatch, check spam or reach out from the Contact page.

The courier will attempt delivery twice. After the second failed attempt, the order returns to the studio and a re-shipping fee applies if you'd like to try a third time.
