You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.
Outbound shipping to you is always free — but return shipping is on the customer. The exact cost depends on the courier available at the time of your return. Under no condition will return shipping exceed 10% of your order value.
Damaged items and wrong-item shipments are exempt — in those cases, we cover the return shipping fully (see "Damaged Or Wrong Item" below).

We confirm eligibility and send a return label or drop-off/pickup instructions within 1 business day.
Once we receive the item, it's inspected against the return conditions — usually within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Exchanges ship as soon as the replacement is confirmed in stock.
Free size exchanges within the 14-day window, subject to stock availability. Check the Size Guide before ordering to avoid the round trip.
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll cover the cost of the return and prioritize the fix.
